What is this?
This blog is devoted to one of my favorite kinds of fic. That is fanfiction where Harry after defeating Voldemort goes on new adventures in some other fandom. So essential Harry Potter crossovers where some time after defeating Voldemort Harry ends up in another fandom.
Why so specific?
- I love crossovers.
- I love the idea of harry interacting with other characters and getting way from the magical world. Because frankly the magical world sort of sucks.
- Generally in crossovers where he gets away as a child, before Voldemort is dead, the author feels forced to drag Harry back to Hogwarts and the Magical World to defeat Voldemort regardless of how forced this feels. Thus Voldemort must be dead.
- I also love the potential for romance that exists when Harry finally meets people who didn’t grow up with him as a hero.
